Discovery Samples...but minis!! What do you think? 💜
Design and packaging are a big deal to us at T+A. Our Laundry Shampoo + Conditioner bottles weren't designed to look great, their rectangular shape means they fit neatly into cupboards and shelves without awkward gaps or wasted space. 🙏
But when we looked at our Discovery Samples, we realised something. Sachets just aren't giving the same clean, considered aesthetic. So we started exploring a new idea. Minis. 🥹
The idea is a beautiful Discovery Sample box with our bestselling scents, each one in a mini bottle instead of a sachet. These minis would hold three times the amount, giving you three washes instead of just one.
We've found that a single sachet doesn't always reflect how people actually do their laundry. Wash loads and machine sizes vary, and everyone has their own preference when it comes to how much detergent they use. 🤗 It's still early days, but before we go any further, we wanted to ask you first.

Love this – we could then refill the bottles from the bigger ones we buy, for when we travel etc. ATM I’m pouring them into small travel bottles and the clothing one into a smaller bottle for music festivals and girl trips. These would be so much easier. Also means I could try all the new ones that come out. I also take a smaller bottle of the clothing refresh for work incase someone smokes near me or we have lunch somewhere strong ifykyk 👃 🙌

I think these look cute, but honestly think it’s unnecessary plastic waste when we’re all trying to cut down. I’d also imagine that it wouldn’t be so cost effective for us.
You could always replicate these minis with cardboard cartons and that would solve that problem!
However I like the sample sachets, they’re easy to pack for holiday and less bulky. My only complaint is that you should maybe include a dose and a half in the sachet as sometimes one dose is not enough to get the lasting smell. I tend to double the dose when using my full size. Selling them as samples, you’d want the trial outcome to be as full on as possible to entice buying full size.

This is a great idea – the discovery samples are good but just not enough to decide on what scent to buy. I hope these will be available in all scents even as a one off. Then best selling – also they can double up as a travel set too.

This is a great idea! We could take them on our small breaks, while having respite with our Autistic daughter. Would love the conditioner in small bottles too.
