I like the sound of comfort blanket. Ive got grown up children, but I love baby scents for myself.

I recently got the discovery bundle and my exact reason was to choose a scent best for the children! I love the sound of comfort blanket and sweet dreams!

Hoping it’ll have that lovely Johnson’s baby-type clean powdery scent.
I’ve used Bahama vibes on all my baby things so far (due in a couple of weeks) and it’s so lovely and fresh but a nice subtle clean baby fragrance would be a great addition!

Hi I’m loving the sound of all your products . My only worry is that I have 2 little boys who have autism snd sensory processing disorder . Both are sensitive to smells , especially my son who has complex needs . It would be lovely for a product to possibly aid sleep even though I know in his case lavender is not for him or have a calming effect as some strong smells could be over stimulating
I will deffo sign up to try products but sensory sensitivity is a big thing for us

Please please please make one called “ baby powder “. Absolutely love the smell of Johnson baby powder but obviously won’t use talc on baby but if I could buy a baby powder fragrance that would be perfect. All my friends who have babies all say the same. It would sell out very quickly

It’s got to be Sweet dreams! Anything with honey in is healing and chamomile relaxing. Wonderful mix for babies and children.

Id buy all three. They all seem amazing and for different seasons it would be a good idea to alternate. I’d honestly love them all.

I love the idea of all three to be honest: Comfort Blanket, Apple of My Eye and Sweet Dreams and would probably buy all three as the fragrances sound divine and the concepts for them look really appealing. Comfort Blanket sounds dreamy

Mum of 4 and wish the scents had existed when mine were little. I really like all 5 concepts. However if I had to pick just one I would go for the apple one. The scent sounds wonderful and fresh. If you created all 5 I would definitely buy one of each bottle so that I could chop and change whenever I got bored (ADHD makes me hyperfocus on one thing for far too long but the dopamine hit from your scent range really help me hyperfocus on washing, drying and putting away the laundry)

I read all your data before ordering samples for my daughter and her baby daughter. My daughter being a “go green” mummy has become a convert so yes the Comfort Blanket will be amazing

I think this is a lovely idea, but be careful with your imaging. Not everyone who has children were pregnant with them. In a world which is more diverse with dads as both parents, adoption and surrogacy it may be worth reconsidering your background outline image.
In terms of scent, I love the idea of all of them, I think you’ve really thought about them which makes it hard to decide on one.

Sweet dreams and Apple of my eye!!

Baby range would be amazing but I hate to say….. I don’t like the image of the pregnant lady on the bottle. Could be too triggering. Maybe some ABC blocks etc? Scents sound lovely 😍

All three sound wonderful. I would buy all of them but I particularly like the sound of the cashmere one. Also Sweet Dreams, provided it’s not too sweet sounds amazing as I love chamomile.

I would really love to see a powdery soft fragrance like the cashmere concept powdery notes like for me are that ‘new baby’ smell and where my twins are older now I think that scent is comforting and nostalgic. It would be nice to wash duvet covers, blankets and teddies as well as clothes.
The other concepts sound fantastic but I think the cashmere is the best of each of them.
I really do hope to see an option like that available.
Also congratulations to ciara! Growing humans is hard work but so so worth it.

Secondly I love the ideas for all those new fragrances, but agree the artwork isn’t inclusive (though it’s lovely).

I’d also like to request a dewberry fragrance, something beautiful for all genders and ages that smells like happiness and ice lollies on a sunny day.

Comfort blanket and sweet dreams are what I’d buy for my 3, 100% I am so beyond obsessed with the bottles, too 🥹

All off them! But “Sweet dreams” and “Apple of my eye” are emy fav! 😍 Can’t wait!

Okay, so comfort blanket definately sounds like the one for me (and my two little ones, obvs 😆).
Picture this: coming in from the rain after a day out of activities with your little family and changing into your freshly washed and fluffy tumble dried pj’s with that soft, cosy warm smell and cuddling up on the sofa 🩷. Yes please!

I think all three sound nice! Especially Comfort Blanket & Sweet Dreams. However, I’d argue they shouldn’t be marketed as a ‘baby range’ as they’ve got wider appeal than that!

I would love to try these …by the description the comfort blanket sounds amazing …I would definitely need to use this to get a better understanding of this fragrance xx

I think the concept of a super gentle set of fragrances for little ones is a great idea. Make sure you patent it so those Unilever peeps can’t steal this one. 1 thing to consider carefully here would be the imagery on the bottle. I agree with others that picture of pregnant woman can be quite triggering (personally as someone childless not by choice) and there are other routes to having little ones like adoption, fostering, etc where I think this could be more inclusive

Not a parent but a massive fan of the scent profiles and names – especially comfort blanket – it’s something I would use to wash all my sisters thing every time she heads back to uni! Would also cost gift to my pregnant friends as part of their baby packages.

I love duvet day, and use it for all the kids clothes, bedding, etc. However the other scents are a bit too ‘adult’ like for how I like kids to smell and I think comfort blanket would be beautiful for that purpose!

Congratulations 🎊. I think new parents traditionally think of Fairy as the traditional ‘safe’ option for newborns. If all Tallow + Ash products are gentle enough I’d somehow try to incorporate this into the message for all scents. I do however agree strong smells can be too much for a newborn so gentler fragrances is very appealing whilst still knowing its gentle on their skin.

Comfort Blanket sounds amazing – not a fan of the packaging though, doesn’t feel very inclusive so would put me off buying.

I think sweet dreams sounds lovely or baby Aurora. I wash the baby’s clothes in aurora with a little oud as softener 🥰

Apple of my eye and sweet dreams sound fantastic, I have my 21 week old grandson living with me I’m a young Nana at 42, and he loves the smell of daye night as it smells like my perfume and he snuggles into his blanket when I wash it in a small amount of it, so to have his own washing liquid and softener would be fantastic ❤️

Congratulations! I already use Aurora and Duvet Day for all of my son’s washing and it seems appropriate strength wise, my little one is two and now sniffs his clothes and says ’It’s NICE!’ so really not sure if a lighter one is needed? Personally I LOVE the sound of Comfort Blanket, and Apple of my eye as scents (colours are cute too) but I think I’d just launch them as other scents in the main range. Also I agree with others that have said pregnancy imaging could be divisive – if all products are suitable for sensitive skin, even babies, then why not put a small notice to say so on the packaging? That way you can reassure the new parents navigating their new responsibility without alienating anyone.

These all sound great. I’d probably go for the apple for my toddler. But for a younger baby the other two sound wonderful.

I also think the cocoa butter might have been nice for babies too

Currently Grandma of 5 with number 6 due in 7-8 weeks. I love knitting for my babies and having a signature fragrance for their cardies and blankets would make them even more special.

I have yet to try your products, simply because I can’t decide which scent I’ll like best but really eager to try. I typically use method liquid, and was just thinking the other day I’d love a gentle baby version that smells amazing and looks good on the counter. So this particular product development announcement has come at the perfect time! Comfort Blanket sounds lovely – I love anything that has white musk and is soft and warm without being too sweet or overbearing. White musk and a soft blackberry scent can be a wonderful pairing if you’re ever brainstorming other ideas or tweaking the fragrances! However I do agree with others about the baby-specific package design. I’ve always admired the modern simplicity of your bottles, but as lovely as the pregnant sketch is, it doesn’t feel cohesive to the brand and wouldn’t be something I’d want to display on the counter aesthetically.

Just received my sample pack containing 12 sachets (6 laundry shampoo & 6 laundry conditioner), plus the laundry wash bag and have used the Duvet Day & Oud combo. Wow! How wonderful to have such beautifully scented bed linen. I wouldn’t have believed it if I hadn’t tried it for myself. Can’t wait to try the others now so I can order my favourites. All 3 sound gorgeous and although my babies are grown, I’d use these myself! Not sure about the image of an expectant mum on the bottle though……maybe use other images ie teddy bears, dummies, rattles etc to denote use for babies, the mum image may put some people off…..I think the baby versions of some existing fragrances is a no-no……I like the idea of totally separate range of fragrances for little ones…….and the next range could be specifically for animal bedding!! With antibacterial and deodorising properties!! I’d buy that too! Hope everything goes well for you, take care 💜💜

Love the idea, and the fragrances sound lovely. Like above commenter, maybe a different image on the bottle- perhaps a teddy bear, ducky or something like that?
A separate range definitely makes sense- whilst we know the products are non-bio, for me that’s not the main consideration for choosing T&A- it’s about the fragrance, and the styling etc, so I wouldn’t immediately associated it with baby laundry

Lighter versions of the same fragrances are very unlikely to do your brand much good. It will seem like you charge the same for a very diluted fragrance and also send the message that the original product is in some way too strong – people can adapt the intensity themselves for smaller wash loads, etc.

As another poster commented, reference to babies etc could be very triggering to some. I have had children and they are now grown up, but I can understand this perspective 100%. It’s also something all the boring brands have done to death, so better to perhaps focus marketing on something else. Pet bedding laundry is definitely an untapped market in my opinion.

I know I’m only a pawrent but all three sound amazing. Having a golden retriever pup means I’m super careful about her skin but I like her to smell nice too. I’m a sucker for anything honey and baby powder smelling

One of my favourites is duvet day, but I love the sound of comfort blanket. My children have grown, but I’m blessed with grandchildren who stay over.

Love the 3 fragrances and I’m not a mum, well only to my 4 dogs and cats, who love a snuggly blanket. I’d definitely buy these for them.

The only thing I don’t like, and please don’t take this in a negative way, is I’d by put off by the pregnancy imaging. Someone people (myself included) can find this quite triggering if they can’t have children. Not to take the shine off those that can at all.

While this is your target market, I feel you could be missing out on others who like the sound of the fragrances for themselves or to wash pet bedding. Why limit just to parents, and if I didn’t know the brand the image alone would stop me buying it. You’ve got a great brand.

Love the idea. I’d perhaps change the line art image of the pregnant lady to an image of a baby instead to make it more inclusive? (Adoption etc)

I would love an oat/rice milk/almond scent. I use Garnier Ultimate Blends Kids Delicate Oat Milk & Rice Cream shampoo on my kids and the smell is unreal. Something similar would be amazing for the laundry! Sweet dreams sounds the best in the concept scents ❤️

Comfort Blanket sounds lovely 😍. I had our little girl in 2022, and I’ve used the same Scentsy fragrance (Newborn Nursery) in all of my upstairs warmers since she was born, as it is a soft, gentle, fresh baby smell. Something that smells like that would be incredible too!

I love the idea of the apple of my eye one – there are too many “cotton” and “duvet” or “baby powdery” scents…I haven’t come across any apple ones. I would so use it on my not quite so little ones (primary school and toddler).xx

I love these concept ideas for baby scents. I love your fragrance but think they would be too strong for little noses. I love the sounds of the comfort blanket and sweet dreams. I would say though maybe be bigger bottles as you go through a LOT of clothes in a day in those first few months. Bigger bottles and not having to buy so frequently would also mean less to worry about when your sleep deprived.

I wash all my babies things in duvet day (sometimes OUD because he’s a little boy and I love the smell) but I love the idea of comfort blanket. I was thinking I wish you did a more “baby smelling” detergent and conditioner.

A radical idea for you – T&A ‘Naked’ (as in unscented) which could be used with any scent to dilute the fragrance, for all customers who find the scents too strong, not just for babies. (Personally, I love the current scent strengths).
