Que pensez-vous de ce système de recyclage de pochettes de recharge ! ? ♻️
Lorsque nous vous avons présenté notre concept de pochettes de recharge en août, nous avons reçu ce commentaire formidable de Stacey Smith suggérant un système dans lequel les pochettes vides pourraient nous être renvoyées pour être rechargées et réutilisées !
Nous avons vraiment adoré cette idée, car il est très important pour nous de garder Tallow + Ash aussi respectueux de la planète que possible. Notre première idée est de créer un système dans lequel, une fois que vous avez utilisé 6 sachets de recharge ou plus, vous pouvez les emballer et les renvoyer à notre entrepôt afin qu'ils puissent être réutilisés ou recyclés correctement. Et puis, en guise de remerciement de notre part, nous vous offrirons un ensemble gratuit de shampoing et après-shampooing de votre choix !
Nous souhaitons rendre ce processus aussi simple que possible pour vous. Nous cherchons donc à trier certaines étiquettes de retour prépayées avant de mettre ce système en service, mais nous aimerions d'abord entendre vos commentaires !

I think a huge positive for your brand is your customers being able to send back the pouches and you refill them for customers. I don’t care if they are slightly damaged, but i think they are pretty robust and i’d be surprised if any came back damaged which means the quality of customers receive is still very good. You could add a little card with them that tells the customer their pouch has been recycled and reused. Again a positive. If hygiene is an issue then you could ensure all pre-used pouches were wiped with a disinfectant before being refilled. Again, much better for the environment that this happens than just throwing them out. I honestly think customers would support this massively. You could always have a section on your site where the customer ticks a box to say they are happy to receive pre-used pouches in their next order. Anyway, food for thought, but the sooner you can get this working the better I think. Good Luck!

I recently bought some of your refill pouches as I already had the bottles. I would really be interested in a recycle or refill service in a bid to cut down on my waste. It makes sense, as you do so many other things right!
