Objectifs de Tallow+Ash pour 2025
2024 n'était qu'un début. Nous ne faisons que commencer. Nous avons beaucoup appris en seulement 12 mois. En 2025, nous nous appuierons sur tous ces enseignements et sur nos visions d'avenir pour continuer à bâtir une entreprise qui révolutionne tout un secteur ! Au cœur de tout cela se trouve notre engagement à offrir un service exceptionnel aux utilisateurs de nos produits.
Notre priorité absolue est un service client de premier ordre. Nous souhaitons servir nos clients comme personne d'autre. Cela inclut un approvisionnement constant, des réponses rapides, une expérience produit irréprochable, des récompenses pour vos achats et un service client VIP, le tout à des prix qui vous conviennent parfaitement !
Nous nous efforçons de vous offrir une valeur ajoutée dépassant vos attentes. Nous continuerons à innover pour vous impliquer encore davantage dans notre entreprise, que ce soit en lançant la plus grande phase d'échantillonnage de l'histoire ou en vous permettant d'investir dans l'entreprise et d'en devenir propriétaire aux côtés de mes cofondateurs et moi !
Nous prévoyons de développer de nouveaux produits, d'améliorer nos produits actuels, d'ouvrir des boutiques et de vous offrir de nouvelles façons de profiter de Tallow + Ash. Cela paraît beaucoup, et c'est le cas. Mais grâce à la passion, à l'énergie et à l'expérience de notre équipe, combinées à votre soutien et à vos retours constants, nous sommes convaincus que nous n'y parviendrons pas tous ensemble. I’ve only ordered a couple of times from you as I live alone so I don’t have tons of washing to do regularly but I’d like you to make some visible difference to your shampoo and conditioner bottles e.g. if it’s a pink shampoo bottle with white writing then the conditioner bottle could be reversed out in white with pink writing? I have to read the bottle every time I pick it up to make sure I’ve got the right one!!! Or do a broad white stripe around the shoulders of the bottle or something visually to distinguish between the two. Thank you!!!!

I really can’t wait for strong smelling washing powder and I am hoping you release intense versions of your current shampoo and conditioner, unfortunately I can’t smell much so a stronger option would be great for not so sensitive noses.x p.s. when are you bringing our oud and icing on the cake in the sprays 👀

I love your brand – your customer service is usually speedy to respond and the quality in your products is unrivalled.
I have had a few issues with only being sent one set of my mystery subscription when I’m subscribed for 2x sets monthly. It has happened again to me this month, still waiting on a response but that’s understandable with festivities. That’s the only slight criticism I have.
As a suggestion to make it slightly better for those ordering a mystery subscription, I would also like to be sent two different scents a month rather than two sets of the same scent! I order for them to come at once just to stock up but I would love to get two scents at the same time as that’s part of the appeal of ordering a mystery set for me.
I was really happy to see that you are starting to reward subscribers too because I do often feel you miss out on things. Sometimes if there’s a limited scent, it would be nice to be sent that in the mystery subscription as I always miss out on that.

You can start shipping internationally again and actually provide product to your international customers that invested in your brand.
