After lots of testing, we're finally in production with our new lids, and they'll be on bottles before the New Year! We spent a little more time on them to make sure they were retrofit, so if you've got older bottles you can still use them!
First and most importantly... no more pull tabs! We originally added a pull tab to make sure the products didn't leak in transit, but you guys have let us know how hard it is for you to open, especially if you have long nails! Plus.. when we're in stores you'll be able to smell the scents from the bottle!
We've made it more airtight, so without the pull tab, you don't have to worry about any leaks when it's on its way to you.
These new lids are also way faster for us to produce as they are just one twist vs. pushing in the cap and then twisting, which means we'll be able to get your orders out quicker!
We'd love for a couple of you to test the new lids before they're officially out!

You got me at “you guys hated the lids”. Great to see you’re open to feedback that supports improvement and change. I’m a newbie to the Tallow + Ash revolution and I’m loving it! Thanks for giving us something different to and better than the ‘usual’.

It’s great that a company actually listens to customers!
I must have wasted a good bottle each of laundry shampoo and conditioner from them leaking when I pour into the measuring cap and again when the cap gets put back on the bottle. The amount that dribbles down is quite a bit so does get a bit messy when trying to wipe and wash the bottles down. The shampoo really does create a lot of suds!
I can’t wait to see how these new pourers and lids work to keep the liquids in the bottles!

Hi I’ve recently bought 4 bottles for the first time and I’ve got to say they smell absolutely devine. I did struggle opening them as I have fibromyalgia and my fingers can become painful 😣 so to hear the news about the new opening is amazing! I will now be purchasing some more. I would love to trial the new bottles. This is a game changer. I love how you listen to the customer. Well done Tallow + Ash 👍🏼🙌🏼❤️

I can’t wait! Apart from the terrible pull tab my “Icing on the cake” shampoo was leaking when I received it and left a lovely brown mess all over the carpet at my front door! It did however leave a lovely smell once I managed to clean the mess. The new lids look great and will hopefully mean no more leaks!

Such good news! I know I was one of those who ‘complained’ about the ring pull which resulted in the whole inner being dislodged 😳😊 I managed to get it back in….but it’s now permanently at an angle!!! So it’d be great to be chosen to trial the updated lids but even if I’m not at least I know that they’re going to be 100% better going forward 😁👍
