I ordered my samples on 14 June and still have not received them (I did send an email at the weekend too asking when I could expect them and haven’t received a reply). Not impressed so far!

I’m a recent customer who got a sample pack to decide which to buy. Sadly Candy Beach wasn’t included, so I took a risk and bought the full size, and an hour later you announced it was discontinued (and I had to pay the full price).
I really think you’ve missed the mark with Candy Beach. It smells divine, i can still smell it on my jumper after a week!
I hope you reconsider. I was gutted I missed out on the refills for it, I’d have stocked up.
Anyway, other than that, I think your marketing is fab and I’ve recommended you to multiple friends and family.
I’ve since bought Icing on the Cake and Aurora in the hopes of finding a new fave, none live up to Candy Beach, please reconsider 🤞🏻

I love this product so much. My clothes are so clean and smell so fresh . All the different fragrances smell so lovely. I’ve sent friends samples to try as I love it so much
