I was pleased to receive my 1st order of the discovery bundle of 12 sachets and the Aurora wash and conditioner. However you sent 2 sachets of Duvet days and 2 sachets of Bahama Vibes for the conditioner. Perhaps the sachets should be slightly different colours so this mistake is not made.

The marketing and packaging is fabulous

Today I tried the High Maintenance powder after being presented with a white t-shirt which had blackcurrant/blackberry juice spilt on it approx 12 hrs earlier. After soaking for 30mins and then washing as normal the t-shirt is spotless – to say I am impressed is an understatement.

Have been amazed at the cleaning power and fragrances of all your washing liquids too.

Was sceptical before using tallow+ash and they blew all my doubts away! My partner has sensitive skin and I am constantly changing to suit his skin, never once have there been a shampoo or conditioner that has affected us, and the scents last and are so good with just a little liquid meaning it last longer than any other brand!
