Absolutely love these products! My first delivery took a while due to the company being initially overwhelmed but the communication was great and I am so glad I stuck with them while they got over this hump. No issues with deliveries now and I can’t rate the product highly enough.

This brand is fantastic, I love everything about it, from the scents to the packaging.
My suggestion for improvement would be a ‘premium’ membership (similar to ASOS and other clothing websites) where you pay one off for a years worth of deliveries. For something that you use and refresh so often, I think that having the option to pay a one off fee to then get ‘free’ delivery on future orders would encourage people to purchase more often, and more scents.
