I love the idea, your enthusiasm and the packaging .
But out of all your fragrances only two left a scent after the wash. And there were still stains on some of my tshirts .
The shipping is to expensive as is the product, for now.
And the delivery time….
Also to many emails per week.
Hopefully you’ll sort it all out .

The scents are amazing, however, I’m using the product I was unsure if it was more so scenting the clothes than cleaning them as some clothes still had more deep odors in them. would appreciate seeing improvements in shipping. Thanks for all you do. You really do all seem like such a genuine company

Hi guys iv been so excited to receive my order today and couldn’t wait to try it.
I am so so disappointed with the fragrance
In fact there is no fragrance it smells of just soap!!
I work for a a high end perfumery brand and was expecting at least something in the way of a fragrance.I have obviously opened the product so unable to return.
Can’t tell you how disappointed I am.

Was really looking forward to the products, sadly they didnt live up to my expectations , the only one I could smell was the oud & the clean was average, Sorry x great idea maybe it was me used 2 full caps ? On 40 let me know . Jo .
