At Tallow+Ash, around 75% of our team and 90% of our amazing customers are women. 🥰 So celebrating and empowering women is incredibly important to us, not just in the workplace, but in everyday life too, supporting each other, celebrating achievements, and sharing stories about the women in our lives who inspire us every day.

My daughter is one in a million. Not only did she lose her dad to cancer in 2024 but also supported me when I lost my new husband to cancer three weeks after we married in 2025 at the same time as managing a new premature baby! She pours all her love into the family to keep us all afloat. I’m the proudest mother there is ❤️

There’s this incredible woman in my life since the day I set eyes on her she has been an inspiration, a shoulder to cry on , the strength when I havnt had any , guidance when I’ve been lost and a home even though I left it many years ago . She is my best friend, my caregiver , wisdom giver and I couldn’t imagine having a better woman to celebrate IWD than my incredible Mum .
AS a single mother she is now helping me face the same struggles as she went through ( I’m raising a boy in toddler era so pray for me/us ) ❤️🩹 she truly is my strength and would love this for her . I’d nominate my 14 year old autistic daughter who finds school really stressful. Despite her struggles she tries her best in everything she does showing a huge amount of resilience and hard work.its not easy, there are often tears and overwhelm but she shows up day after day to an education system that often isn’t a great fit for SEN kids. I am amazingly proud of her, not just because of this but because she is one of the kindest people with the biggest heart that I have ever had the pleasure to meet. She makes me smile everyday! Her favourite scents are fresh pistachio and summer fling- very important for someone with sensory needs to have comfort, soothing scents and soft textures.
