Happy International Women's Day!

Happy International Women's Day for tomorrow!

At Tallow+Ash, around 75% of our team and 90% of our amazing customers are women. 🥰 So celebrating and empowering women is incredibly important to us, not just in the workplace, but in everyday life too, supporting each other, celebrating achievements, and sharing stories about the women in our lives who inspire us every day.

So with that in mind, we’d love you to do the same. Comment below with the woman in your life you’d love to celebrate and tomorrow on IWD we’ll pick 8 comments to receive a scent of their choice. We can’t wait to read about the women in your life that matter most. 💜

PS. Our Mother's Day collection has just gone live! If you're looking for the perfect Mother's Day gift, we've got something for you. Check it out here:

My mum. She is 89 and still working full time, helping her community. She has been awarded an MBE for her services to charity and was the youngest ever female Justice of the Peace when she was appointed to the bench in 1972.

She was also the first ever female to hold the honorary post of Chair of Denbighshire County. I’m immensely proud to call her my mum and if I turn out to be just half the woman she has, I’ll be proud.

She has come so far from her childhood roots in inner city Leeds, leaving school with no qualifications and unbeknown at the time, Dyslexia. She has achieved so much and is a much respected pillar of our community. What a wonderful woman ♀️💜

I nominate all 3 of my daughters for becoming strong and beautiful, brave women who made me better by being their mom!

My niece, she lost her mum (my sister) to breast cancer when she was 15.
She had a lovely little boy with someone who did not love her or appreciate her. So she raised him all by herself, he has autism and other complex needs.
She got married to a wonderful man and has had 2 more children and is also step mum to 2 older children whom she also takes care of on a regular basis (the eldest also has autism).
I introduced her to T+A last year via referral and she loves you! She is super mum and she deserves it!
