I commented on the blog in support of your supermarket venture but never received my big bag for life⊠I used the chat last week and emailed about it a while back, as still waiting for my bag. They have now sent me a wash bag by mistake as obviously misunderstood me! đđPlease can you send me a bag for life?

Iâm new to tallow & ash and purchased ÂŁ50 worth in Tesco last night.
Just a quick question please, I used the Oud one on a 60degree for my towels this morning but the scent isnât really strong and can hardly smell it? Is this normal on a 60 degree wash?

Iâm getting through my samples ,no sensitivity problems Iâm thrilled ,just a thought if you have so many mini bags ( Iâd love to have one ) but just a thought you could use your spare mini bags to hold samples for people buying to try also a paper tick list with the samples so they can remember which ones they really love ,and maybe you can ask customers for a copy of there list to help you strategise effectively yours Patricia Morris
