I noticed it had gone watery too. When I had my first order the conditioner was a thick consistency and the smell was divine. The second order came and I was expecting the same consistency and I spilled it everywhere as it came out so quickly. I had to shake the bottle to see if it had settled in the bottom or something, but no , in one order it had completely changed. I’ve ordered different scents to see if it was just the one, but no, it has changed.
Same here just cancelled my subscription gutted as they smell amazing until washed then it fades very quickly and for that price don’t want my washing to fade with the scents
Have to agree sadly, the scent does not last. The sprays are better but very sticky. Spray bottles often dont work too. Dissapointed.
I really love the pistachio scent and thought I would love the lemon but I can’t smell it at all after the clothes have been washed.
I will wait until my next pistachio arrives and if that has changed I will be cancelling.
Came to read the comments to see if it was just me that felt the scents were not as strong, and apparently I am not alone in this.
I have been completely converted to T & A and loved the majority of scents, but am finding, like others, i cannot smell anything at all once washed. Disappointed
I too think my clothes have a bit of a musty smell. This is disappointing. But still love all the perfumes, anyway.
Wondering as they are non bio, could it be that our washing machines need cleaning, a good detox ?
Interesting that others are also finding the scents don’t last as long or smell as potent anymore. And honestly, the elixirs seem to make it worse, not better!
For me, the choice of scents is deviating too much from perfume (e.g. Celestial and Golden Oud were sublime, and I’d even have paid more for them tbh) or distinctive (Cocoa Butter Kisses was a gorgeous warm vanilla) and becoming bland like the high street products. Hopeless Romantic was not memorable at all, and Honey Oud has a weird chemical, cough syrup kinda smell to it.
I adored the brand so much and have almost every scent, but I’m not so sure anymore, it feels increasingly cheap in quality :(
Also, the spotting on clothes is craziness, I haven’t ordered anymore .
Loved this product and everything about it for a while but I noticed when I opened my last refill of Aurora that it had become really watery and the scent just didn’t last. Will be cancelling – such a shame as I really want to love it 😣
I’m not finding the scent fades fast at all. It’s not overpowering like some big brands and it doesn’t compete with my choice of perfume. Bedding always smells divine. The effectiveness is great too – the fabric conditioner doesn’t leave the sticky residue I was finding with the big brands.
Stopped Buying them, the scents used to let so long, just seems as soon as the clothes are dried the fragrance has gone. Getting better results with Le*or.
Agree the smell doesn’t last anymore and it’s too expensive to keep using.
In getting increasingly fed up with the products. The smell doesn’t last and often smells musty tho tbh the only scent that literally stays and smells nice even after months in the wardrobe is chemis tree but I’m very quickly falling out of love with it all tbh
I thought it was my nose and sinuses playing up but it really doesn’t last as it used too. I could open my wardrobe door and still smell the odessey. Tried the boosters they don’t smell. Only saving grace is the fabric spray but I’m using it when I iron to get the clothes smelling nice, shame love the product but with rising costs might go back to smol and comfort which is more affordable in today’s climate
I liked the Oud at first but after a while ive smelt my things and thought it smelt a bit dusty then realised its the Oud one so now ive Changed to pastachio as when I tried the samples I really liked that one let’s see
Sorry to say your marketing is better than the products, I own every single shampoo and conditioner scent but smell absolutely nothing!! I wash at 30,don’t tumble dryer anymore, use twice as much as should need to in the hope of my clothes and bedding smelling lush but they smell of nothing? Elixir doesn’t make a difference and tbh we shouldn’t have to buy extra to make this product smell good. The fabric sprays are the only way to make my clothes ect smell good and even then only certain scents last. It feels like a big rip off imo as I’ve spent a fortune. Recently bought bold again (even though I’ve got a cupboard full of T&A) my clothes smelt amazing wet and dry,my house smelt amazing while drying too,annoyed I was taking in by your fancy bottles and promises of luxury scents.

Another one currently dissatisfied with products. I posted on a fb post of theirs but no reply. I can’t smell the scents on my washing at all. I’m going to use up the ones I have and look elsewhere. My washing doesn’t smell fresh no matter how much I put in, I can’t justify the cost.

Sorry I too have stopped using these products I’ve already complained about how watery the conditioner and shampoo are just recently ,took a video and several emails before someone believed me and got back too me with no explanation why the product has changed ,LH

I’m sorry, but I’ve decided to cancel my subscription as I haven’t been satisfied with the products. The conditioner is very watery, and the laundry shampoo hasn’t left my clothes feeling clean or smelling fresh. I also find that I need to use much more than the recommended small scoop to get the results I expect, which means the product doesn’t last as long and isn’t economical. Unfortunately, I haven’t found the products effective or good value for money, so they’re just not for me. Thank you for your understanding.
