Hey guys, Ciara here! I’m one of the founders of T+A 🥰
Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

Having samples in ALL the fragrances would be great. Especially new ones.

I’m a first time shopper & already loving the choices I received in a sample box. My suggestion would be to replace the plastic pouches/refills etc with biodegradable cartons instead. Once these large, medium & small cartons have been emptied & washed out they can then be utilised as growing/seedling pots or outdoor light shades/candle moulds/insect repellant pots etc etc It was frustrating to completely squeeze out all the product from the pouches.

Just two little things to make it even more perfect – tend to find that when poured into the measuring cap/lid it doesnt all come out so it leaves alot round the top or dribbles down the bottle so any changes to that would be good.
Plus love a few more “Male” type scents – I’m not a flowery person so for example i liked Enigma. Thanks!

I haven’t tried the sprays yet but it would be amazing if there was a “Wrinkle Release” component added to it. I don’t usually use fabric softener (conditioner) but maybe a scent bead booster in the matching fragrance to help it last longer?! I like the idea of your sample discovery sets but would be nice if they had enough for 3 loads so you could really test it out.

A laundry detergent and conditioner in Mimosa would be perfect! It’s such a lovely clean, fresh and floral smell. Works perfectly on its own or with other scents but it’s really the mimosa fragrance you want!
