What do you guys think of this Refill Pouch recycle system!? ♻️
When we showed you our refill pouch concept back in August, we had this great comment from Stacey Smith suggesting a system where the empty pouches could be sent back to us to be refilled and reused!
We absolutely loved this idea, as keeping Tallow + Ash as planet-friendly as possible is super important to us. Our initial thoughts are to create a system where once you’ve used 6 refill pouches or more, you can package them up and send them back to our warehouse so they can be reused or recycled correctly. And then as a thank you from us to you, we’ll gift you a free Laundry Shampoo + Conditioner set of your choice!
We want to make this process as easy as possible for you so we’re looking at getting some pre-paid return labels sorted before we get this system up and running but would love to hear your feedback first!

The pouch to refill and recycling or refill idea sounds amazing. This is exactly what we need – start with reduce and then more reuse!

The returns label would be great, maybe the delivery package can easily be reused for the return
Maybe the gift is refill pouches to save packaging
Maybe if you order 6 refills you automatically get a returns label
Or you could have a point system, 1 per pouch returned then trade in 6 points for thankyou gift so maybe people would save the points and use in bulk saving on postage / delivery
