What do you guys think of this Refill Pouch recycle system!? ♻️
When we showed you our refill pouch concept back in August, we had this great comment from Stacey Smith suggesting a system where the empty pouches could be sent back to us to be refilled and reused!
We absolutely loved this idea, as keeping Tallow + Ash as planet-friendly as possible is super important to us. Our initial thoughts are to create a system where once you’ve used 6 refill pouches or more, you can package them up and send them back to our warehouse so they can be reused or recycled correctly. And then as a thank you from us to you, we’ll gift you a free Laundry Shampoo + Conditioner set of your choice!
We want to make this process as easy as possible for you so we’re looking at getting some pre-paid return labels sorted before we get this system up and running but would love to hear your feedback first!

I love the idea of being able to return the pouches and being sure that they’re recycled correctly! :)
But I think I would prefer to be able to choose to get a duo of refill pouches – after all, if I’m using the refill pouches it’s to use less plastic bottles.

It’s a great concept. Seems almost too generous though to gift a free duo set for just six pouches? Not that I mind of course haha.
Yes, important to work out the postage labels- especially bearing in mind that many people these days do not own a printer so either need something to scan from their phone or a physical label supplied by yourselves on request with an order.
