After lots of testing, we're finally in production with our new lids, and they'll be on bottles before the New Year! We spent a little more time on them to make sure they were retrofit, so if you've got older bottles you can still use them!
First and most importantly... no more pull tabs! We originally added a pull tab to make sure the products didn't leak in transit, but you guys have let us know how hard it is for you to open, especially if you have long nails! Plus.. when we're in stores you'll be able to smell the scents from the bottle!
We've made it more airtight, so without the pull tab, you don't have to worry about any leaks when it's on its way to you.
These new lids are also way faster for us to produce as they are just one twist vs. pushing in the cap and then twisting, which means we'll be able to get your orders out quicker!
We'd love for a couple of you to test the new lids before they're officially out!

This is great news!! It looks like there are threads on the new outside lid and it seems more secure.
I ordered a sample pack and 2 full size to check out the different fragrances. First thing I did was try to open the bottles for a smell.Not only did I damage my nail in the struggle to pull the ring off, the WHOLE SPOUT was removed from the bottle splashing conditioner up me and on the floor. Luckily, Celestial is a pleasant smell so I didn’t mind but I was a bit put off by the hard work!!
Kudos to T+A constantly striving to be better, I’ve seen a few “improvement update” emails since I joined the crew and it’s impressive to see xx

As someone with Elhers Danilo’s syndrome opening the old bottle was hard. I’m so happy that this change is happening as your product makes laundry chores a lot less chore!
I love the difference in fragrance and I have discovered laundry coming out my machine smells so good I actually enjoy putting it on the airer. Now that might be sad to some but to me it’s a winner. So truly grateful you’ve changed the lids as I make hubby open them, apparently he hates getting covered in liquid, he said why do you buy hand granade washing liquid.
To me it was definitely worth the struggle. (And at times the laugh)
Thank you for listening and taking into account small difficulties for some of us. Ok off to do laundry now.
