What can we do more for you?
Hey guys, Ciara here! I’m one of the founders of T+A πŸ₯°

Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.

We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.

What could we do more?

It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.

Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

It would be great if we could rate our mystery boxes to make our subscriptions more adapted to what we like. Also would be amazing if you expanded into cleaning products on day!

Let me just start by saying I am only a month in with this company and already am in love! It’s impossible to line dry my clothes in the winter. I can dry them on a rack but they just aren’t the same as a tumble dry. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE dryer sheets!

Hi, I would love to be able to smell the fragrance beforehand in a supermarket rather than having to pay for samples.
I also love the consistency of the shampoo but think the conditioner could be slightly thicker as it is a bit watery.
And finally, please can I have a job on your sales team?!! 😝

I would like for you not to use Evri. I’ve had so many bad experiences with them specifically delivering your products where they go missing and I have to contact to get them replaced. Evri are notoriously terrible
