What can we do more for you?

Be more consistent with the intensity of the fragrances oud imo is the benchmark, I also thoroughly enjoyed pistachio, icing or the cake, celestial and self love( please bring it back) some of the others were underwhelming. I actually started adding oud or scent boosters to some of the scents to make them last.

Please make a disinfectant, in any of your delicious scents, that’s safe to use around pets and eradicates odours and bacteria.

Not sure how many people may already have said this, but I would love a travel wash and a stain remover pen that could be used on the go.

Also … more yummy scents to be available in the fabric spray…maybe even a baby version to use on the go / on holiday. I’ve already spoken to you guys about having refills available for the fabric sprays as this would cut down on wastage of the bottles. Similar packages to the shampoo/conditioner would work … the mini bottle of fabric spray could be neutral so it could be filled by any of the fabric sprays/fabric spray refills (less production cost as not having to make full-on mini versions of each spray and folks could choose to fill their neutral mini spray bottle with whichever spray refill they wanted….If possible cost-wise for you guys, maybe they could be offered free for a short time alongside orders for fabric spray bottles (or preferably, fabric spray refills).

An app would be ok, but your website is easy enough to navigate so there’s no real benefit to having an app. Although somewhere each use of shampoo/conditioner could be recorded (think pic of individual bottles the customer has purchased, each bottle with usage increments on it which would then reduce with each recorded usage of the shampoo or conditioner) and then prompt the customer to think of purchasing another order when any bottles were running low. If the app could recognise if a customer has more than 1 of that scent so wouldn’t necessarily want to order more that might be handy. However, on prompting the customer to potentially purchase another bottle of whatever is running low, a quick link/hyperlink to products would be great as it would reduce redundant time.

Also … Free postage to NI would be awesome, over the same threshold as for the mainland. The postage always hurts & has put me off ordering at times. It is frustrating when we are still part of the UK, yet we are treated differently.

It’d be good to be able buy samples of new scents separately, or maybe subscribers could receive a sample when a new one is released.

Id love to be able to take tallow and ash on holiday with me as a travel wash ….what about fragrance booster for the wsshing machine….tumble dryer sheets when washing is drying…do you remrmber the advert shake and vac…..along with fabric sprays why not have a carpet fresher to compliment each of the fabric sprays….the whole house would smell divine ….have you thought of candles or defusers …happy reading ❤️
