What can we do more for you?

Hi Ciara, Firstly – thanks for asking for the feedback! Not many businesses do! Congratulations also on the much improved ring pulls. I have 3 suggestions, the first is in relation to the fabric cleansing perfume nozzle. – My bug bear is that it gives a powerful hit of product – one strong stream which can leave a wet mark on the bedding, whereas I would prefer a soft mist. if you want an example to test – try a frebreze! Second suggestion – I hate all the plastic and would really like to be able to buy a refill pack that uses less plastic / doesn’t require a full product replacement. I would love the sprays to have a finer spraying mist, as sometimes it comes out blobby and ruins the clean clothes!

I’d love to be able to put a scent boost in my tumber dryer, but more so, my washing machine when I just put it on a steam to refresh clothes rather than wash them – perhaps a refillable ball that you can put scent pearls in. Ideal if you could use it for both steaming and tumble drying.

A room fragrance would be lovely too, as long as it’s 100% natural and a fine mist spray.

Scent drops that you can add to your steam generator iron, or use in a water mist diffuser, or anywhere that you would use an essential oil.

To be able to manage subscriptions better, you can’t add sprays and samples.
Try and cut down the cost of shipping, £4.99 each delivery is a bit steep

I subscribe to the refill mystery box and every month.
Instead of keeping all the different coloured bottles that I have can we have one bottle that we can refill with any scent.
I agree with another comment that i would like to receive the stain remover that has been offered to new subscribers. I did email at the time but didn’t get a reply.

As a subscriber I would agree with a lot of the comments about receiving the new fragrances in our mystery box instead of existing fragrances.
Also, as a subscriber, I was quite put out that there was an offer a few months back where new subscribers were offered a High Maintenance stain remover ‘for life’. In other words with every subscription delivery. What about us, the loyal, existing subscribers. I do feel that is a little unfair. Surely ALL subscribers should be given the same!
My Evri courier is amazing so I know I am very lucky but quite a few of my deliveries arrive and have leaked. It is never that much but it is obviously an issue that needs addressing.
I do struggle with the ring pulls and usually have to get one of my sons to open those for me. I find that if I take out the pouring nozzle, the product pours more easily and dribbles less.
I love your products and I am hooked but there are definitely ways that things could be improved.
