What can we do more for you?
Hey guys, Ciara here! Iโ€™m one of the founders of T+A ๐Ÿฅฐ

Over the past few months, weโ€™ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.

We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.

What could we do more?

It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.

Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

I feel that subscriptions should have free shipping. The room spray nozzle leaks badly and the end is very difficult to twist on and off for someone with arthritis โœ‹
Customer service takes forever but are always amazing!

Love the company. So far, I only have the Icing on the Cake scent. Just ordered the fabric scent. The only thing I struggle with is the shipping. It takes a long time, but itโ€™s worth the wait. I even put my mom on this soap. After smelling mine, she bought 2 scent lines and the sample pack.

Iโ€™m a new subscriber, I love the scents (I bought two to try. The co dictionary was a little disappointing as it really didnโ€™t make my linen bedding any softer.
Also, the delivery was a nightmare, it took three attempts with your courier choice. I would think about changing to DPD.
