Hey guys, Ciara here! I’m one of the founders of T+A 🥰
Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

Booster needs for fragrance boost for tumble dryer/ towels / bedding ? Or a sheet that evaporates so environmentally friendly
Fragrance just a little stronger … so I can use less but still smell gorgeous.

I do love your products but I do find some of them are not very strong as others have also mentioned, so it ends up costing more per wash as I end up double dosing, so I would love them to be longer lasting without the need to buy scent boosters, as I feel the price point is already enough.
The shipping costs are very expensive if you buy more than two bottles, so it would be nice to see lower shipping costs for multi buys.
I would love to see an advent calendar as mentioned last year.
I’m with the Enigma fan club, I loved it, but rather than discontinue beautiful products, grow the products for more choice along with Candy Beach (which btw i’m hanging on to my last dregs).
And….how about a scent of the month? Each month a different shampoo/conditioner is chosen and it has a special price for the whole of that month.

I would love to see air fresheners, like for bathrooms. Also maybe car air freshners, id love for my car to smell like icing on the cake!
