Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

Hi there, I am so so pleased I stumbled upon your products! Total revelation. I’ve never known my laundry to be so soft.
I only ever wash my clothes at 30c, which won’t kill bacteria so I add Napisan to each wash. Could you develop a germ killing power or additive that could be used instead? Also, are you bringing the elixirs into production? With autumn approaching I’m thinking they’d be brilliant to add to washes that would need tumble drying?

I love the new lids but find that in delivery it’s quite often they’ve leaked, may not be loads but it’s still a shame. Maybe adding an outer seal so that it’s easy to remove but also keeps them anti leak until they arrive to us.

Your products are everything I hoped they would be so I had no hesitation in placing a regular delivery to ensure I did not run out however when it came round to delivery none of my pre-orders were complete. If you want customers to pre-order then at least make sure a good percentage of those orders can be fulfilled

Forgot to say, a way to recycle the plastic bottles. They are beautiful and sturdy so when I end up with extras it feels such a waste to just put in my recycling bin.
