Spray would be great for targeted stains but the powder is great for an added overall boost to the cleaning power of the non-bio.

I would honestly buy both. I love the powder for my white- in the prewash compartment. It’s great on makeup around the collar on my labcoat, I’m an Aesthetic Practitioner so it’s inevitable.
The spray will be great for targeted stains , especially for the kids.
