Discovery Samples...but minis!! What do you think? 💜
Design and packaging are a big deal to us at T+A. Our Laundry Shampoo + Conditioner bottles weren't designed to look great, their rectangular shape means they fit neatly into cupboards and shelves without awkward gaps or wasted space. 🙏
But when we looked at our Discovery Samples, we realised something. Sachets just aren't giving the same clean, considered aesthetic. So we started exploring a new idea. Minis. 🥹
The idea is a beautiful Discovery Sample box with our bestselling scents, each one in a mini bottle instead of a sachet. These minis would hold three times the amount, giving you three washes instead of just one.
We've found that a single sachet doesn't always reflect how people actually do their laundry. Wash loads and machine sizes vary, and everyone has their own preference when it comes to how much detergent they use. 🤗 It's still early days, but before we go any further, we wanted to ask you first.

Yes Yes YES!!!!!! These are a must!!!!!! Great to stick in ya hand luggage when going away… I would DEFI BUT them!!!!

One sample sachet is enough to know if someone likes the fragrance or not.
Also, my understanding is the full size bottles are still not recyclable, so these suggested mini bottles ones don’t seem to be the best idea.

That’s a great idea, if I try new scents I like to switch between the new and old one (or other new one 😂) a bit to see what I like better. And the tiny bottles are also just cute (and would be nice as a gift or if you go somewhere for a week and need to wash clothes there). Or just use them up and then fill in shampoo because they are cute 🙂↕️

Add them to your product offering, sure. As some of the other comments suggest – people have uses for travel size bottles.
But I think using these mini bottles to replace the sachets would be a mistake. They are bigger, so hold more, and are probably more expensive to manufacture.
Three bottles would be equal to nine sachets according to your proposal. Or you would need to send a wide range of bottles which cost more.
When I was looking for a new fragrance I wanted (and the sachets provided) a cheap and wide selection to try out – not the expensive and limited selection these mini bottles would have given me.
Out of the multiple scents I received in my selection box, I found two that I like. If you had sent me just three scents, and Date Night / Oud were not included, I probably wouldn’t have ordered again!
