What do you guys think of this Refill Pouch recycle system!? ♻️
When we showed you our refill pouch concept back in August, we had this great comment from Stacey Smith suggesting a system where the empty pouches could be sent back to us to be refilled and reused!
We absolutely loved this idea, as keeping Tallow + Ash as planet-friendly as possible is super important to us. Our initial thoughts are to create a system where once you’ve used 6 refill pouches or more, you can package them up and send them back to our warehouse so they can be reused or recycled correctly. And then as a thank you from us to you, we’ll gift you a free Laundry Shampoo + Conditioner set of your choice!
We want to make this process as easy as possible for you so we’re looking at getting some pre-paid return labels sorted before we get this system up and running but would love to hear your feedback first!

100% on board with returning the pouches. A pre paid label would be great and we can use the same cardboard box that they come in to return the 6 pouches. 👍 x

I sent a message earliernin f.b messenger saying how impressed I am by the refills …ease of pouring and the ease of recycling which I had done …now I’m off to look them back out 🤣 absolutely fantastic idea .

Yes please – other providers offer free postage for 20 plus pouches ( splash). The bower collective send free returns envelopes with the order that holds up to 4 pouches – I much prefer this method . I’ll definitely order refill
