Help us re-name this product!
In November we launched ‘Candy Beach’. It was meant to be our Flagship product. Our signature brand-coloured bottle and scent. But it quickly became our worst seller! 😂
The fragrance inside Candy Beach is absolutely gorgeous, and the bottle is arguably our most aesthetic. The fragrance is a unique blend of Vanilla, Dragonfruit and Musk… but the product just hasn’t caught on!
Do we need a new name? And does anyone have any good ideas? Or is there something else that’s holding back people trying the product? Let us know what you think before we go back to the beginning on this one!
Would love to hear from you 💜

Hi team,
Just a bit of feedback from a customer’s perspective. I think the word ‘candy’ in the name is what put me off from ordering this one as the word suggests it will be overly sweet. I did see that it was the highest rated on the website but didn’t want to risk ending up with something that smelt sickly (which i’m sure based on the explanation in the email, it’s not but the name does suggest that in a way)
Not sure how others feel about it but maybe rebranding (changing the name) might help with sales? I think there’s psychological factor at play here.
Best wishes,
C

Candy makes you think of sweets ? not appealing , how about tropical Beach or Tropical paradise, sand and sea , Fresh and Breezy

Candy to me implies sweet smelling which I wouldn’t choose, maybe exotic beach or faraway beach if you want to keep the beach vibe in the name. I haven’t tried this one yet still on Date Night!

Hi,
For some reason I missed the launch of this fragrance, I remember the name being discussed though and I believe the name doesn’t fit your luxury brand.
There is a dragon fruit called “Love me tender”
Or maybe
Love is……
Love me ( the fact it isn’t at the moment )
Or to go with your signature colour, something like
Damson delight
Fandango
As well as rebranding could you send out a sample to those who have recently invested?
Kind regards
Cathryn
