The people who use our products are the most important to us. So we are constantly thinking up new ways to make you guys happy, and give you better and better service.
So today Niamh, our CS Manager, bought someone a gift card from Beauty Bay so they can treat themselves!
And Maisie, bought someone lunch, with a £20 deliveroo gift card, as a thank you for doing the laundry with us.
Hopefully these people like their gifts, and we’ll be doing this every day as an official business policy to ensure that we are going to be giving the best, most amazing, customer experience as we continue to grow the brand!

As an elderly chap who doesn’t really like washing clothes and stuff, your product has almost made the chore an enjoyable activity! I love the Oud option and have just subscribed. I would suggest that with the follow-up offers, which pop up after ordering, the refill pouches should come first, rather than extra plastic bottles. I will probably change my subscription to one for refill pouches in the near future. 😊

So first time mum on maternity leave (don’t even get me started on maternity pay!) A bottle of oud laundry shampoo and conditioner would be an absolute treat…because who knew one small baby could produce so much washing!

Absolutely love the products! It would be nice if additional duties and taxes would be covered since I have to pay additional fees every time I place an order😬
