I’ve recently purchased several different scents from you as a new customer. Love everything about it, the smells are amazing after hanging washing outside to dry!! My only criticism is that I REALLY struggled to open the pull tab- it’s quite a long way down neck of bottle and I had to use a screwdriver in the end to give it purchase. My hands weren’t strong enough. I’m 61years old.
