Tallow+Ash Goals for 2025
2024 was just the beginning. We are only getting started. There’s been so much learned in just 12 months. In 2025, we take all those learnings you’ve shared with us, and all our future visions, to continue building a business that changes an entire industry! At the core of this is our commitment to deliver above and beyond for the people who use our products.
First on our list is world-class customer service. We want to serve the people who use our products better than anyone else can. This covers everything from being constantly stocked, rapid responses, flawless product experiences, rewards for shopping with us, and VIP support, all at prices you feel great about!
We are striving to provide you with more value than you could ever expect. We will continue to create new ways to get you even more involved in the business, whether it’s launching the biggest sampling phase in history or allowing you to invest in the business and become an owner alongside me and my co-founders!
We plan to develop new products, enhance our current products, open up retail stores, and give you more ways to enjoy and experience Tallow + Ash. This sounds like a lot, and it is. But, with the passion, energy, and experience we have in our team—combined with your support and constant feedback—there’s no doubt in our minds that we won’t achieve it all together. Take a look at the list above, and by the end of 2025, we’ll be ticking them off.

Would love you to make tumble dryer sheets in the fragrances that you have for the shampoo, conditioner and fabric sprays. That for me would be the icing on the cake personally.

I love your products and ethos however ….
Please do something to make the scent last through a tumble drying cycle. The scent is barely there even after only 20 mins in the dryer.
I’ve received a few orders where bottles or samples have leaked or wrong products have been sent so could you look to fix this before bringing out new products please. And if you’ve sent out the wrong product then offering a customer a discount code so they can make another purchase of the product you should’ve sent but didn’t is just sooo wrong. If you make a mistake, own it and fix it without expecting the customer to incur additional expense.
Please make lots more of the Rain & Salted Moss Fabric Cleansing Perfume because every time it’s back in stock it sells out almost instantly and I haven’t managed to bag one yet!

I’d love a nice coastal fragrance. Bahama breeze or Bali spa type fragrance. Ocean fresh scent ready for the summer. maybe a coconut scent would be nice. something like a QUAl ST BARTS- DUPE would be nice.
