Tallow+Ash Goals for 2025
2024 was just the beginning. We are only getting started. There’s been so much learned in just 12 months. In 2025, we take all those learnings you’ve shared with us, and all our future visions, to continue building a business that changes an entire industry! At the core of this is our commitment to deliver above and beyond for the people who use our products.
First on our list is world-class customer service. We want to serve the people who use our products better than anyone else can. This covers everything from being constantly stocked, rapid responses, flawless product experiences, rewards for shopping with us, and VIP support, all at prices you feel great about!
We are striving to provide you with more value than you could ever expect. We will continue to create new ways to get you even more involved in the business, whether it’s launching the biggest sampling phase in history or allowing you to invest in the business and become an owner alongside me and my co-founders!
We plan to develop new products, enhance our current products, open up retail stores, and give you more ways to enjoy and experience Tallow + Ash. This sounds like a lot, and it is. But, with the passion, energy, and experience we have in our team—combined with your support and constant feedback—there’s no doubt in our minds that we won’t achieve it all together. Take a look at the list above, and by the end of 2025, we’ll be ticking them off.

I love the ideas you have for the business and I can’t get over how good the scents are.
I’d really love it if you had more in stock at once. I’ve been trying to get some fabric sprays but the ones I want haven’t been in stock at the same time or at the same time as my preferred laundry scent. I’m too tight to keep paying a delivery fee so I’ve made no further purchases so far.
I was also wondering what you might be doing to reduce your plastic waste going forward? I’ve recently swapped from a no-plastic laundry brand because I wanted a scented product for a change, but between plastic guilt and unreliable stock, I’m considering swapping back.

Definitely need Enigma to be a permanent scent in your collection and in a fabric spray too please. It’s sooooo gorgeous ❤️ look forward to you doing refills on spray bottles as using less plastic is always a winner with me.

I really have to have Enigma back permanently on my laundry shelf, absolutely my favourite scent & yes I’ve tried them all.
I’d really like to have a choice of couriers as so far I’ve had 5 parcels get damaged with Evri. They didn’t even get to my front door.
Sample packs have been hit and miss, 2 separate elf care containers leaked in transportation.
Lastly customer service has been horrendous over the last month. Waiting 3 days for a reply to a conversation on instagram messaging & still waiting for my salted moss and Odyssey sprays which I purchased within 2 minutes of their launch has really put a downer on a normally great shopping experience.

Please could we return packaging for reusing or recycling.
