What do you guys think of this Refill Pouch recycle system!? ♻️
When we showed you our refill pouch concept back in August, we had this great comment from Stacey Smith suggesting a system where the empty pouches could be sent back to us to be refilled and reused!
We absolutely loved this idea, as keeping Tallow + Ash as planet-friendly as possible is super important to us. Our initial thoughts are to create a system where once you’ve used 6 refill pouches or more, you can package them up and send them back to our warehouse so they can be reused or recycled correctly. And then as a thank you from us to you, we’ll gift you a free Laundry Shampoo + Conditioner set of your choice!
We want to make this process as easy as possible for you so we’re looking at getting some pre-paid return labels sorted before we get this system up and running but would love to hear your feedback first!

This is such an awesome and innovative idea. I would love to be able to ship empty refills back and be rewarded for that!

I’d be happier with refills or % money off next order rather than free bottles , the whole concept of the refills is to reduce the plastic bottles . I have 3 sets so don’t need anymore. To be fair I wouldn’t expect anything free for sending back the pouches – this a small effort I can make to try reduce plastic useage.

Yes. Absolutely. I love the idea of being able to send packaging back & be rewarded for it. So much better than putting it in my recycling bin & hoping it actually does get recycled & not go to landfill.

I think this is a fabulous idea. But maybe as a thank you it should be refill pouches you give free as this then helps towards the next six and so on plus it stops more plastic bottles.
Keep up the fantastic ideas and the beautiful smelling laundry products.

Absolutely! Was disappointed to see the price for a pouch was virtually the same as the bottle, so I think some sort of encouragement to purchase the pouches is required – however is it not taking a step backwards with offering a duo of bottles as a reward?
Perhaps a monetry value on your account to use against whatever you choose may be an alternative suggestion?
