What do you guys think of this Refill Pouch recycle system!? ♻️
When we showed you our refill pouch concept back in August, we had this great comment from Stacey Smith suggesting a system where the empty pouches could be sent back to us to be refilled and reused!
We absolutely loved this idea, as keeping Tallow + Ash as planet-friendly as possible is super important to us. Our initial thoughts are to create a system where once you’ve used 6 refill pouches or more, you can package them up and send them back to our warehouse so they can be reused or recycled correctly. And then as a thank you from us to you, we’ll gift you a free Laundry Shampoo + Conditioner set of your choice!
We want to make this process as easy as possible for you so we’re looking at getting some pre-paid return labels sorted before we get this system up and running but would love to hear your feedback first!

Could you not reduce the amount of packaging by making a smaller bottle that is actually full rather than a large bottle that is only 2/3 full or even charge a bit more for a full bottle.

Instead of sending out bottles as a freebie thank you maybe give the option of a set of the bottles or a refill pouch. If you already have bottles in the scent you’re choosing you wouldn’t need the bottles.

Love this idea and I’d def use it. Getting something for recycling the pouches is a brill way to get customers to use the service
