Help us re-name this product!
In November we launched ‘Candy Beach’. It was meant to be our Flagship product. Our signature brand-coloured bottle and scent. But it quickly became our worst seller! 😂
The fragrance inside Candy Beach is absolutely gorgeous, and the bottle is arguably our most aesthetic. The fragrance is a unique blend of Vanilla, Dragonfruit and Musk… but the product just hasn’t caught on!
Do we need a new name? And does anyone have any good ideas? Or is there something else that’s holding back people trying the product? Let us know what you think before we go back to the beginning on this one!
Would love to hear from you 💜

It would be a good idea to be able to have this in a sample size. I wouldn’t order just based on the name. It sounds sweet and sickly which is so far away from how I want my washing to smell.
If it is as gorgeous as people are saying in the comments then it just needs a new super cool name, so offer it in a sample size with the caption ‘smell me and name me’ – the wining name will receive 6 months supply for free.
Have people submit names to you. When you have 3 or 4 names you really like, offer them out to your followers to vote for the one they like best!
This will get people buying it again and re-launch at the same time.

I think call it Tickle my pink.

I missed the launch of this, was it not talked about on the laundry lab group? I loved the activity in the group in the early days but it seems like there’s been nothing since October. The smell is amazing and it’s easily my new favourite. It just didn’t seem to get the hype that date night got.

I agree with most of comments I’ve seen, candy as a name does not draw most adults in. And perhaps call it ‘signature _____’ & add it to sample list so people can try.

I was initially put off the name, thinking of sweet candy smells and then once I read the description, I wanted to try it. I haven’t found any sample sizes of it sadly so just going to try the full size instead. Including it in the sample box could help to encourage people to try it whatever the name is :)
