If I could have my own scent it would be my all time favourite perfume Tom Ford Noir Pour Femme (sadly discontinued).
Top notes: ginger, bitter orange, mandarin orange, bergamot
Middle notes: kulfi, rose, orange blossom, jasmine
Base notes: vanilla, amber, sandalwood, mastic or lentisque
Out of the 3 options for Jennifer, the last one (inspired by Guerlain and Tom Ford) sounds amazing!

Agree – the Tom Ford one sounds good.
For winter I’d really like some warming scents. I’d not thought of coffee – good shout. :-)
My other suggestions would be: Nutmeg & Ginger / Lemongrass & Rosemary / Neroli & Lemon / Mandarin, Lime & Basil / Orange & Nutmeg / Bergamot & Cinnamon / Possibly Verbena / just Rosemary
