In den vergangenen Monaten haben wir fleißig an neuen Produkten wie Santal, Golden Oud und Little Miracle gearbeitet, den Deckel überarbeitet, um das Öffnen zu erleichtern, unsere Lieferzeiten verkürzt, mehr Kundendienstmitarbeiter eingestellt und unsere Abläufe optimiert – alles mit dem Ziel, Ihnen, den Nutzern unserer Produkte, den bestmöglichen Service und das beste Erlebnis zu bieten.
Wir arbeiten im Hintergrund mit Hochdruck daran, aber wir würden uns sehr über Ihre Meinung und Ihre Vorschläge freuen.
Was könnten wir noch tun?
Es könnte sich um einen neuen Duft handeln, den wir noch nicht haben, eine App, die die Verwaltung von Abonnements vereinfacht, um Optimierungen an bestehenden Produkten oder um jede andere Möglichkeit, wie wir unseren Kundenservice, unsere Website, unsere Richtlinien oder unsere Verpackung verbessern können – um Ihr T+A-Erlebnis einfacher, angenehmer oder besonderer zu gestalten.
Jede Idee, ob groß oder klein, hilft uns, T+A im Zuge unseres Wachstums weiterzuentwickeln. Zahlreiche Ihrer bisherigen Vorschläge haben bereits zu sichtbaren und spürbaren Veränderungen geführt, und wir möchten gemeinsam weiterhin eine großartige Marke aufbauen!

I would love a mobile App and some discounts if returning some of the bottles as I have stacked around 40 in my garage and it feels like a massive plastic waste!
Would also love to see T&A collaborating with Miele

I like the design of the bottles, but for sight impaired people, I think it would be a good idea to have different coloured tops, to make distinguishing shampoo from conditioner easier. I don’t think it would affect the design too much to have, say, white lids for the conditioners
I also think some of the fragrances could be a little stronger.

This is the first time I’ve used Tallow & Ash and whilst I’ve no suggestions at this stage, I did want to take the opportunity to say how impressed I am with the products. They are amazing!

Already left my suggestion but thought I would agree with a few others I have read….DEFINITELY a slight colour change to the shampoo bottles to the conditioner bottles as I also regularly pour wrong 1 especially when in a rush…… Also agree the refill pouches fill the bottles,I have stopped buying refills for this reason,only few pennies more for the fuller bottle……….DEFINITELY need a refill pouch for the fabric sprays,the bottles are too pretty & expensive to throw away especially at £19.99……
Agree to release the Christmas fragrances in time to start using from 1st December otherwise you end up using still in February 😆
