Hey guys, Ciara here! I’m one of the founders of T+A 🥰
Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

Hi guys,I would love fabric sprays available in ALL your range of fragrance shampoo & conditioner rather than only a selected few,this way we can match ALL our detergent scents together which will look amazing on my Welsh dresser!!!

On the subscription section add an option to add our back up choice. With so many of your fragrances flying off the shelves we can put our back up option

Love the fragrances and tallow and ash 💕could do with a scent booster sometimes though or a bit stronger smelling and the refills in a mixed multi pack would be great. TY xx

I haven’t ordered anything yet but am in Ireland and would like to order the samples before making the commitment (concerned about shipping cost and now the taxes and imports from the UK) as unfortunately there is no shops around to test them. I have stopped using fabric softeners for multiple reasons and find our clothes are the same if not some being softer. I would like to purchase the sample packs with just the shampoo and not the conditioner please! Also where is the elixir booster????🙏🏻 with just using the shampoo I feel that would be needed
