In den vergangenen Monaten haben wir fleißig an neuen Produkten wie Santal, Golden Oud und Little Miracle gearbeitet, den Deckel überarbeitet, um das Öffnen zu erleichtern, unsere Lieferzeiten verkürzt, mehr Kundendienstmitarbeiter eingestellt und unsere Abläufe optimiert – alles mit dem Ziel, Ihnen, den Nutzern unserer Produkte, den bestmöglichen Service und das beste Erlebnis zu bieten.
Wir arbeiten im Hintergrund mit Hochdruck daran, aber wir würden uns sehr über Ihre Meinung und Ihre Vorschläge freuen.
Was könnten wir noch tun?
Es könnte sich um einen neuen Duft handeln, den wir noch nicht haben, eine App, die die Verwaltung von Abonnements vereinfacht, um Optimierungen an bestehenden Produkten oder um jede andere Möglichkeit, wie wir unseren Kundenservice, unsere Website, unsere Richtlinien oder unsere Verpackung verbessern können – um Ihr T+A-Erlebnis einfacher, angenehmer oder besonderer zu gestalten.
Jede Idee, ob groß oder klein, hilft uns, T+A im Zuge unseres Wachstums weiterzuentwickeln. Zahlreiche Ihrer bisherigen Vorschläge haben bereits zu sichtbaren und spürbaren Veränderungen geführt, und wir möchten gemeinsam weiterhin eine großartige Marke aufbauen!

I am in agreement with the woman above about the scented water for ironing. You used to get that sort of thing years ago and it would be great to compliment the fragrance you already have. I love Oud and bought the refresher spray too, but both bottles leaked so some work has to be done on the cap. I know the ones with the pull were hard, and they were, but maybe a plastic insert OR some way of having a melted on seal, like you get on some tablet bottles. THEN, if you were expanding from laundry….. surface cleaners so the smell continues….THEN you could expand to homeware… diffusers, oils for burning, candles and tealights, all in your favourite fragrance…. ok. I’m getting a bit carried away now!

It would be great to have a sports wear conditioner (with a lovely smell) that prevented odours but also does not destroy the technical fabric.

I wonder if a rose fragrance could be considered? An app to manage subscription is such a good idea and of course smaller bottles of the spray would be so good. Thanks very much.

I’d love the full range to be available in all formats, not all of the fabric sprays are available as S & C so I have to buy a full size and take a gamble. I’d love an app please and a bottle redesign, as they’re rectangular it’s hard to squeeze every last drop out of them.
