Hey guys, Ciara here! I’m one of the founders of T+A 🥰
Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

It would be great if you could do bundles with the refill pouches plus stain remover, or fragrance spray. Its more eco friendly than having those bundles with only the option of the bottles. I’d definitely subscribe to one of these options if it was available.

Love the scents and packaging but the fragrance disappears in the tumble dryer so I would really appreciate some kind of tumble dryer sheet or maybe something more modern like tumble dryer balls in fancy packaging! Also would be good to have some home scents to match like plug ins or oils for a burner/defuser. Scandiscent do a fabulous waterless defuser, maybe you could do something like that but in the shape of a T&A bottle; modern and cute! Another thing; gift sets and gift bags/boxes for the perfect gift!

Maybe make one bottle in a slightly darker shade of the colour of the bottle – ie – shampoo light green, conditioner dark green 💚

Date Night Fabric cleansing Perfume.
Sprayed on my sheets, I and everyone else who went going up could smell this fabric cleanser, had lovely comments.
I will be buying a few other ones.
