Wir arbeiten im Hintergrund mit Hochdruck daran, aber wir würden uns sehr über Ihre Meinung und Ihre Vorschläge freuen.
Was könnten wir noch tun?
Es könnte sich um einen neuen Duft handeln, den wir noch nicht haben, eine App, die die Verwaltung von Abonnements vereinfacht, um Optimierungen an bestehenden Produkten oder um jede andere Möglichkeit, wie wir unseren Kundenservice, unsere Website, unsere Richtlinien oder unsere Verpackung verbessern können – um Ihr T+A-Erlebnis einfacher, angenehmer oder besonderer zu gestalten.
Jede Idee, ob groß oder klein, hilft uns, T+A im Zuge unseres Wachstums weiterzuentwickeln. Zahlreiche Ihrer bisherigen Vorschläge haben bereits zu sichtbaren und spürbaren Veränderungen geführt, und wir möchten gemeinsam weiterhin eine großartige Marke aufbauen!

I really get mad about having to pay for postage! 🤣 I find it really infuriating that it says 48hoirs from dispatch but it takes about a week in total to arrive! It’s silly as it would otherwise be absorbed in the cost I’m sure but it’s all the psychology of it! Could you perhaps a)change the provider and b) be able to have delivered to drop box as opposed to home address? Unreliable delivery drivers will leave a box in the rain on my doorstop!
I also wish that you brought back Bahamas vibes and celestial but I could cope if you kept golden oud and also sold the seasonal items and the laundry stain powder in Tesco too and in more / all Tesco stores!
Fragrance idea: YSL Libre Flowers and Flames!
I concur making them in to pods too for dosing purposes!
But keep what you’re doing, lots of love the products and spend far more than we used to on laundry!!!

I would love drawer and wardrobe fresheners – either little pockets of scent or scented liners.
I’d also like to see more specials offers for members of the owners club – both exclusive offers and to be able to use our discount code in conjunction with any other offers you have on.

Hi I’ve been thinking about your lovely range and wondering if it’s possible to supply a product to restore “whites” back to white please.
I’m so impressed with you complete range, not only does my laundry still smell beautiful after a few weeks, my husband isn’t allergic to your products but they also last a fair amount of time. Would love little miracle in a spray fabric freshener. A big well done to all your team for an excellent product, excellent ordering and quick dispatching and delivery.
