In den vergangenen Monaten haben wir fleißig an neuen Produkten wie Santal, Golden Oud und Little Miracle gearbeitet, den Deckel überarbeitet, um das Öffnen zu erleichtern, unsere Lieferzeiten verkürzt, mehr Kundendienstmitarbeiter eingestellt und unsere Abläufe optimiert – alles mit dem Ziel, Ihnen, den Nutzern unserer Produkte, den bestmöglichen Service und das beste Erlebnis zu bieten.
Wir arbeiten im Hintergrund mit Hochdruck daran, aber wir würden uns sehr über Ihre Meinung und Ihre Vorschläge freuen.
Was könnten wir noch tun?
Es könnte sich um einen neuen Duft handeln, den wir noch nicht haben, eine App, die die Verwaltung von Abonnements vereinfacht, um Optimierungen an bestehenden Produkten oder um jede andere Möglichkeit, wie wir unseren Kundenservice, unsere Website, unsere Richtlinien oder unsere Verpackung verbessern können – um Ihr T+A-Erlebnis einfacher, angenehmer oder besonderer zu gestalten.
Jede Idee, ob groß oder klein, hilft uns, T+A im Zuge unseres Wachstums weiterzuentwickeln. Zahlreiche Ihrer bisherigen Vorschläge haben bereits zu sichtbaren und spürbaren Veränderungen geführt, und wir möchten gemeinsam weiterhin eine großartige Marke aufbauen!

I love all your scents! One little gripe, the self love laundry shampoo and conditioner kept leaving patches of this grey, strongly scented, oily residue on my clothes. It had never happened before and since finishing it all up it hasn’t happened since with any of your other products? It was so weird! May be worth looking into!

Would love some concentrated laundry sanitiser in matching fragrances please – to enhance (or fragrance free to match all your fragrances), to put in the conditioner drawer. Concentrated because the one I have to use says that we need to use two capfuls which means I don’t have much space for your conditioner and will also use less plastic. I normally have to buy the sensitive/fragrance free version (of the leading brand with a green top), so that it doesn’t mask your lovely fragrances!
Secondly, some fragranced cleaning products would be fantastic (eg non-toxic cleaning sprays with anti-bac properties; washing-up liquid; aroma reeds; car air fresheners…)
I agree that the free postage threshold could be lower – maybe £25/£30 and free for your subscribers (I think more people would sign up if postage wasn’t an issue).
I loved the idea in the comments of a pick-n-mix double shampoo/conditioner pack as I always run out of certain things quicker and would like to mix and match.
I also think we could do with some more new floral fragances :)

My order has been 7 working days since the payment was made, and I still have not received the goods. I urgently need to improve the delivery issue. Please have customer service follow up as soon as possible.

Stain remover for dark washes and one for white was I the pipeline wasn’t it? What happen to them?

A few suggestions
1. Add a window in the bottles so you can see how much you have left
2. Wash pods as well as the liquid
3. Scent boosters in the scents you have as I find some are not as strong as others
4. Summer Fling in the spray
5. Rain and Moss in the shampoo and conditioner
6. Spray stain remover….I hope this is coming soon :0)
7. Scent sheets we could use in drawers to keep the fragrance for longer
8. Anti bacteria liquid to add to the wash
9. Washing machine cleaner in your scents
