Hallo Leute! Hier ist Ciara. Wenn euch das Öffnen eurer Flaschen bisher die Nägel gebrochen und euch in den Wahnsinn getrieben hat, wird sich das jetzt ändern. Unsere Formeln kommen dank der sicheren Aufreißlasche garantiert frisch an, aber es ist einfach ein bisschen zu viel … (Video unten mit Tipps zum Einbrechen, falls ihr sie braucht)!
Wenn Sie online bestellen, möchten wir sicherstellen, dass die Produkte während des Transports nicht auslaufen. Daher haben wir an einigen Lösungen gearbeitet, um das Design der Aufreißlasche zu ändern und gleichzeitig die Verwendung von Deckel und Ausguss noch zu verbessern.
Schauen Sie sich die folgenden Ideen an und teilen Sie uns Ihre Meinung mit – Lösung 03 ist unser Favorit, da sie den Ausgießer schützt! Wir haben außerdem einen Folien-Heißsiegel getestet, um sicherzustellen, dass er supersicher ist und sich gleichzeitig viel leichter öffnen lässt (ähnlich wie bei einer Milchflasche).

Still waiting for the horrible pull tabs to disappear. Any update please .
Very disappointed no smell
I haven’t been able to remove the tabs at all on any bottles received.
Laundry products have no smell at all, definitely nothing like designer fragrances.
Also, used the trial ones that I ordered (no tab to open luckily), the washing doesn’t come out clean. Make up marks still visible.
I will stick with my branded washing liquid.
Full refund for return of faulty bottles requested.
Alternative tops offered, but sounds like these are still in production so unsure how this is going to be a quick resolution. Therefore, refund is now my only request.
When will the pull tabs be changing? I lost half a bottle of candy beach conditioner today as the whole funnel pulled out when I tried to open the pull tab :(

I’ve done two washes and zero fragrance ?
I use mini 30 wash a lot -for economy
I am very experienced with essential oils
So I’m puzzled
They have never suspended well when I’ve added them myself so I thought I’d try yours but

I have also struggled opening up the tab pull and think a foil seal and your number 3 idea (plus a different colour lid for the conditioner) would stop any leaking during delivery and usage.
We don’t want to lose one drop of any of the beautiful product even though the cupboard smells gorgeous from the leaks. But I have started to wipe off the caps with a piece of laundry prior to putting the wash on it’s cycle.
Option 1 seems the most practical, simple and effective. Look forward to seeing the final design :-)

I think I have a broken finger opening the bottles!
Solution two perhaps, just seal the bottle with foil like a tomato ketchup bottle. That way you use less plastic and don’t have to redesign the whole lid!

I like all of the solutions from what I can see and I don’t mind which you go for as long as
1 – they don’t leak in transit which will keep you, me, and Royal Mail happy :-)
2 – they are easy to operate and don’t include difficult to open lids. I dread to think if anyone elderly had ordered from you as they just would not have had the strength to open them, and I really struggled myself. It’s not just young people you are selling to, don’t forget older people too please !

I have been waiting on my delivery from the Sunday youes were selling the new high maintenance powder I have none left if its not here by this afternoon I want my full refund as I paid for 3 orders in that one night. The high maintenance powder isn’t very good so far my grandchildren clothes are still stained and I always retreat the stains first before washing my high came last week but still know washing detergent I’m not impressed with the high maintenance vanish works better and it know good without detergent I just want my refund and go back to shop bought even though I don’t want to but this decussing know detergent not happy.
I don’t have a cap preference but it is important to me that there are no drips down the bottle after pouring. Also saw the comment about a fragrance independent reusable bottle – I would like this too as I swap fragrances.
I like solution number . Good to see no tabs. It felt like a work out pulling that tab out 😂😂.

Only received my duvet day set a few days ago and ended up with a hair full after using a spoon to get into it

Option 3 looks the best providing the funnel is fixed and doesn’t pull out like it does now with the force of the ring pull.
Glad I’m not the only one to have broken a nail or two!! Glad to see it changing. I like having the spout for more control when pouring but I like solution 1 so the excess liquid continues to go back into the bottle. Excited to see what you go with!
Hello lovely people, another broken nail here but hey…. my laundry smells lush, thank you. Option 3 looks ideal, especially as there’s NO lose tab after opening to dispose of 👍🏻
Interesting none of those worked for me, even players just pulled the whole spout up so I had to use a knife along the line that splits as my hands are very weak. One benefit of this which meant a knife was safe is that the spout area protrudes and there for a knife slipping down inside the spout is unlikely. Glad to see it’s being addressed.
I love this! After a broken nail (tbf they were due anyway😂) I’ve resorted to opening with a butter knife! Works a dream! Haha. Can’t wait to see the samples!
Oh thank goodness it wasn’t only me. I’ve cursed and resorted to asking my husband for ‘help’ in the laundry room. Unheard of 🤣

Some people are way too fussy. Yes they’re tricky but the spoon worked for me. Not a big issue
Hi! My bottles get messy! Will the resdesign of the top help that? The excess from measuring has no where to go to get back in the bottle so ends up dripping down the sides of the bottle and then leaving a t & a shape mess on the shelf! A teeny tiny drain hole perhaps to get it back into the bottle? Don’t want to waste a drop of that smell! x

I too have had opening problems I love the idea of a foil seal rather than a plastic ring pull you hqve now x
I think it would be a good idea to make the funnels a bit longer and thinner as sometimes when pouring it comes out too quickly thus overflowing the cap x

If you’re struggling with the pull-caps on the bottles….
I take the entre cap off , and poke it through from underneath with the handle of my wooden spoon , works well 😀
Could you redesign the bottle so that it could be reused for the different fragrances instead of only used once and then to landfill each fragrance seems comes in a different bottle colour which is still plastic and not environment friendly
We have also had dramas opening the ring pull. And with liquid pooling over the side and eventually leaking back down the outside of the bottle after a few uses. From the photos it looks like solution 3 could work well!
I thought it was just me struggling 😅 Glad that it’s being redesigned – you guys are such a great brand actually listening to your customers!

Solution 3 is perfect! It’s so annoying when you put the cap back on to have the product dribbling round and down the bottle. Especially after all the effort to get the seal off in the first place hehe 😅

That’s great news! I split my nail right down the middle last week opening one 😫 The foil heat seal sounds great!
