After buying three different fabric scents that can be sprayed on bed linen upholstery clothing etc.
I’ve now noticed my extremely expensive duvet cover has yellow stains from the spray HELP! Something is drastically wrong with the product. What can I do ?

Do they ever respond to sent emails!!!

Bought the cocoa scented one as I love a gourmand scent. After washing (Just a duvet sheet. Pillow cases and a bottom sheet) it smelled of nothing. Very disappointed given this was a tiny load of washing, I used one cap for shampoo and conditioner

The leaks have been fixed but my 2 trigger sprays don’t work, the perfume pours out of the actual trigger and down the bottle leaving it all over the floor and hands ,having to use a trigger off one of my kitchen bottles. I have emailed you but no reply. Having bought 2 bottles at 14.99 each would have thought triggers were important ,still love the fragrance and it hasn’t stopped me buying.

I bought the starter pack washes ok but no noticeable smell

As a holistic therapist I do a lot of laundry and was super exited to receive my first order from you and use your products for the first time. I have to say that I was disappointed with the result. I don’t know whether it was because I have to use a hot temperature for my towels etc but there was hardly any smell. I used it on my personal laundry on a lower temperature and still not great! I had such high hopes that these products were going to be adding a little something extra to my treatment room. Will be probably be going back to the commercial brands that I was previously using once it’s used up.

i am finding i am having to use more than a cupful to keep the scent in my washing.i have gone from 60ml to 100ml.!!!!

Had the same problem, the foIl seal had not done its job, HOWEVER, I was made to feel like (i was trying to blag a free bottle) Was I sure it happened in transit? How much Liquid did i lose (when it had seeped into the cardboard🤷‍♀️? plus a couple more little comments that kinda left a bad taste……Whilst loving the Fabric Spray I feel yous have compromised the scent in your Shampoos & Conditioners, shame really as your product was the best out there but i feel like all the Big Names out, yous offer customers 1 thing and it’s great for a while, then that once great smell starts to get weaker and weaker and this is letting yous down IMO, Please give us those great powerful smells back that helps us all out re our laundry blues.

Am I the only one having issues with the new ‘pourers’ on the shampoo and conditioner bottles? – the liquid is coming out of more than the spout (it’s leaking around the sides as well)

I love your products and I have placed several orders. I love the concept and would like to support, however, have you become a victim of your own success?. Your emails and messages are too slow in being answered, sometimes not at all. You need either a webchat for immediate response to problems or a telephone number. A company is measured on their response to problems.

I know how you are striving to be as eco-friendly as possible with regards to refills and recycling; so as a suggestion for when further orders of FCP are placed maybe the option of ordering the coordinating spray mechanism could be separate? This way it would be more eco friendly to reuse the existing spray ‘gun’.
Also are you looking to create FCP refills like you do for the shampoo and conditioner?
One last thing; I know you have done so well to resolve the leak issue on the FCP bottles but my next order with the new seal still leaked (have raised this with customer service so not a complaint) is there any way this could be completely resolved, as it is disappointing? Many thanks, you have improved life and laundry. The Duvet Day FCP scent is still going strong on my pillows 3 weeks later! Soooo obsessed 😍

My date night fabric bottle had leaked during delivery list about1/4 bottle 😢 the odyssey bottle was fine ?

Glad im not the only one that had a leak with my sample sachet could not give photo evidence as requested as i could not see a tear but was sent a replcement which was addresed promtly

Well I also had leaks from the fab spray.
Placed 2 orders of £180 on release night 3rd Dec.
Both parcels got rejected by the courier due to leaking.
I reported it straight away, however all you kept saying was it’s on its way. Had you have believed me or checked with the courier company, it would have saved several days of delay. By which time certain items became out of stock.
Then the replacement orders were rejected again due to leaking. And again several days of delay before replacement orders were raised again. Then the replacement orders were raised incorrectly then raised again incorrectly.
So as of today, I’ve still not received anything.
All I was offered was a 2.99 free sample.
I was promised delivery before Christmas as they were for gifts.
Well my latest replacement order is still waiting to be collected by the courier. Guess what. They have now finished collecting until after Christmas.
I’ve also requested a refund several times but not had a response.
No happy.

I was looking forward to your delivery, I used one of your samples today and was extremely disappointed, my washing doesn’t smell of anything, my normal washing routine is far superior…. What a complete con. Please don’t buy anyone, don’t waste your money.

Hi, just to let you guys know that I had a leak in one of the Christmas samples pouches. No biggie, I used the remaining product and just rinsed the residue off of the remaining sachets.
I couldn’t tell how it had leaked so guessing it either didn’t seat fully or got squished and a seam split.
Smelt glorious anyway ☺️

I just wanted to say how brilliant the sprays actually are. Make your clothes (&home smell amazing) you are one of the few companies to own the issue, resolve it & tell us about it – that is what makes you different! Keep up the great work, & yes at times there will be bumps in the road but keep doing what you are doing!

I thought it was the Christmas samples that had leaked, but then realised that it was the spray bottles.

I ordered 2 on the launch night. Unfortunately I still don’t have them or the Oud shampoo and conditioner. Mine got as far as the courier and obviously leaked. My other order for Odyssey Shampoo and conditioner also got damaged and I’ve still not had that replacement. Trying to resolve this through Instagram messages is not helping. To top it off my Enigma that should have been added to the replacements sold out 😢
I am your biggest fan. I’m always telling people how good your products are but this has made me feel like giving up trying to resolve the problems.

So it wasn’t just me that had a leak, lol. Glad to know though that the issue has been fix.

Love every one of your products and you have surpassed yourselves with the fabric perfume. Glad the leakage problem has been rectified so quickly 💕

I absolutely love them but I find they leak around the nose when you spray it. It’s not a clean spray if you know what I mean.

So glad this problem has been addressed! I didn’t want to say anything, but my bottles leaked too 🙈 I just assumed it was a one off mishap! What a lovely brand xx
