Hallo Leute, hier ist Ciara! Ich möchte euch ein spannendes Update zu unserem neuen Deckeldesign geben. Vor ein paar Monaten haben wir ein Video gepostet, in dem wir euch erzählt haben, dass wir eure Probleme mit unserem aktuellen Flaschendeckel gehört haben und ihn für euch neu gestalten werden. Schaut es euch hier an.
Das Wichtigste sind die Aufreißlaschen. Sie sorgen dafür, dass Ihre Produkte beim Transport nicht auslaufen, sind aber etwas zu sicher ...
Die Laschen sind nicht nur schwer zu öffnen, sondern das Produktionsteam muss auch jeden einzelnen Ausguss von Hand eindrücken! Das verlangsamt die Bearbeitung Ihrer Bestellungen. Wir freuen uns zwar über Ihre Kreativität und Ihre lustigen Geschichten, aber wir werden das so schnell wie möglich für Sie ändern.

Hi Ciara,
Truthfully I’m fine with the pull tab on the bottles as they stand but they don’t always stop leakages in transit! My last order of the birthday icing lost quite a bit of shampoo in transit. When I opened the box there was a brown sludge over the bottles and yet the seal was intact.
Anyhoo.. I love the product and the smell which does last! If I had a choice the wider lid on the bottles would be better not only for me due to issues with my hands but possibly for other Customers with the same hand issues?
