Was this lady being too honest? 🫣🤪😂🫶
We showed our new packaging, thinking it was great, and a customer commented saying that she didn’t like it 😮
But really, that comment was exactly what we needed! Because honestly, we didn’t like it either 😅😂
We are trying to do something different in laundry, to reinvent an entire industry.
And the way that we designed that first packaging was actually to satisfy the way retail is currently done! But it just doesn’t nail what we are trying to do.
So, thank you! 🫶
We are sending you a free stain pen for giving us the push we needed, and we’ve gone back to the drawing board 😂

B’s packaging looks like it may be easy to damage, meaning supermarkets may lose products easily. C’s packaging may get damaged easily where the QR link sits, though I do like the concept of the photo and QR code as it shows the product’s use much better. A is nice but doesn’t demonstrate the product in use as well as C does; instead, it only shows its exterior packaging. I think overall C is my favorite, and it would take up more shelf space to catch your eye. Maybe a combination of A and C would work, so it shows the product but also its use, while taking up more commercial space as the item is only small and could be easily missed.

I really like B, it shows the pen off nicely and easily gets to the point you want to make!

As I suggested before, you need a to put a scrubber top on the stain remover!! The packaging does not matter if the product is not working as you want it to !!!
