Was this lady being too honest? 🫣🤪😂🫶
We showed our new packaging, thinking it was great, and a customer commented saying that she didn’t like it 😮
But really, that comment was exactly what we needed! Because honestly, we didn’t like it either 😅😂
We are trying to do something different in laundry, to reinvent an entire industry.
And the way that we designed that first packaging was actually to satisfy the way retail is currently done! But it just doesn’t nail what we are trying to do.
So, thank you! 🫶
We are sending you a free stain pen for giving us the push we needed, and we’ve gone back to the drawing board 😂

I honestly didn’t think there was anything wrong with the original packaging (though prefer ‘A’…) I wondered if you were worried about people taking the pen out to sample and putting back on the shelf or something 🤷 and trying to resolve that by sealing the box with the new version, if that is the case, I’d suggest a seal type sticker each box end to prevent tampering, otherwise it’s box A or the original from me!

I was also a bit surprised at the packaging. The images online make it look bigger than it is, so it was rather disappointing to receive. I also expected it to be metal but it’s plastic. It’s too light, the click closure is great but at odds with the weight a little. It’s really hard to get packaging right but start with the product itself. As for the cardboard outer… B is possibly the most premium but probably the most expensive! I have retail experience in this area, I do get how hard it is, you’re doing a great job with your business so good luck!

I like the current packaging and A.
However, although I like the pen I do no carry it with me anymore as the lid has come off several times in my bag – I would prefer that issue to be solved before the outer packaging.
