Ohne Ihre Unterstützung hätten wir das nicht geschafft. Vor sechs Monaten haben wir Ihnen von einem Treffen mit einem großen britischen Supermarkt erzählt. Am Abend zuvor haben wir Ihnen eine Nachricht geschickt und gefragt, ob Sie Tallow + Ash gerne in Ihrem Supermarkt vor Ort kaufen würden – die Resonanz war unglaublich: Fast 6.000 Menschen haben in weniger als 24 Stunden kommentiert. Der Direktor und der Einkäufer waren völlig verblüfft, dass wir so tolle Kunden haben!

I’ve been looking at my recent subscription order and realised something I hadn’t fully appreciated at the time of purchase. The refill bottles are effectively 100ml less than the standard bottles, which changes the overall value comparison quite significantly.
I’ve also noticed that Tesco currently offers the same products at £5.50, and when factoring in the additional saving on delivery costs, it makes that option more practical for me at this stage.
With that in mind, I’ll be cancelling my subscription.

Just bought in Tesco for the first time, however they only had bottles, no refill pouches.
Disappointingly, it was cheaper to buy a bottle of shampoo and conditioner there (with clubcard) than it is to directly order the refill packs, and more convenient than having a delivery.
Will there be opportunity for Tesco to stock refills, as the bottles are very high plastic content for people buying them every time, and are bottles also able to be returned along with refill pouches under your returns scheme for reuse or recycling (also where is the detail of this, as not been able to find it – it needs more prominence on your website).
