Hallo, Ciara! Tolle Neuigkeiten! Unsere brandneue Probenmaschine ist installiert! Es waren ein paar wilde Monate. Nachdem wir 1.000.000 Pfund gesammelt hatten, um die unglaubliche Nachfrage nach den Produkten zu decken, konnten wir endlich die Maschinen installieren, die unsere tolle Community finanziert hat. Hi there – my husband Chris Hill ordered five sets of different fragrances and we had a long wait of several weeks for delivery (SO21 2NT). When it all finally arrived (late yesterday), we decided to use the bahama vibes set today and in doing so found that you’ve given us two shampoos of the same scent instead of a shampoo and conditioner set. Can you send a conditioner out to us please (as ordered) along with the goodies you mentioned in your video for the inconvenience? I also messaged you a few months back about an order I’d made that came with two broken sachets that had leaked all over the bottles in the order but after three attempts I still hadn’t heard from you and gave up. We’ve given you another chance (with a second big order) as the products are nice – so really hoping you can resolve the delivery issue for us this time! Thanks, Paula Hill
