I love the philosophy and vision of this business. Love the packaging and love that the products are free of all the nasties. However my old brand the scent lasted for weeks. This only smells nice in the bottle. There is no lingering fragrance at all. I have tried 6 fragrances now and all are the same. Really disappointing. I was going to use another toxic free brand but their products are fragrance free, so it was the emphasis and description of the fragrance that made choose T&A

I’m a mystery box subscriber, I’d love free postage and any other freebies you care to include. That’s why I signed up, but alas no extras in the first box I’ve got my 2nd box due any day, so I’m really hoping this one has some surprise extra. Free scrunchies or wash bags or trial products all gratefully accepted! Love the idea of a bonus bottle on the 10th order or products to test, or perfume samples!

Purchased date night set. Plus the starter pack. Liquid smells nice, but washing hardly smells when wet . Smell goes completely one dry. Really disappointed.

I’ve bought 3 different fragrances, plus I had the sachets to try. Subscribing doesn’t make sense for me as I live on my own and I wouldn’t use enough product to justify it. Reduced posting cost would be nice and also just being able to buy a shampoo/conditioner sachet of new fragrances to try

Personally I don’t like subscriptions as I forget about the date I’ve set them up for lol. I like to bulk buy every couple of months when I have the funds to do so and have spent hundreds. So for me, it would be better if once someone had spent a certain amount then they get a reward like free shipping or a further discount, or maybe a surprise thrown in now and again.
