Your blog re rewards stated they would start after 3rd subscription, this was in Dec – I’m on my 4th or 5th and no sign, just wondering if they are going to start…thanks x

Just wondering when the subscription freebies will be starting? As when you posted this in September I was on my 5th or 6th month of subscription, I’ve since had 4 more and still no freebies?!!!

I’ve been subscribing since January. I have had 12 orders and never received anything extra 😒 not a sample or anything 😒 I often thought i would get a free sample of the new scents you have released in that time, but sadly not. I am a huge fan of your products, and i will remain a liyal subscriber for now as i appreciate you don’t actually have to reward loyal customers it is just nice to feel appreciated when you have been a loyal customer and you often mention FREE samples etc i comment and contribute to blogs and questions, often you have stated people commenting will get free things for their help but I have never had anything for my loyalty and it does make me feel a bit URGH, when I expect a reward in my parcle but never get one. Am I doing something wrong as to why I don’t receive the samples??
