Definitely A or D. They are T&A’s signature colours and make me think all year gift. B & C are associated with T&A’s Christmassy colours and if someone wants to gift it at a different time of year it might be peculiar to receive a Christmassy coloured gift

I feel like D as it’d be easiest to switch out the scents inside but keeps the branding consistent for all of the gift sets visually. You still get the treat/surprise when you open it up and see the scent, but to me it feels more luxurious. Or even D and change out the ribbon colour for the scent bottles colour for distinguishing each box.
